Coffee Waste Units

© Design & Manufacturing Copyright Coffee Carts of Melbourne Pty Ltd.

Coffee Carts of Melbourne was one of the original companies that introduced this innovation to the Australian industry and through successful design and production has become one of the leaders in the manufacture of Coffee Waste Units.

The Coffee Waste Units produced by Coffee Carts of Melbourne are manufactured with Australian-Made superior quality tubing. The polymeric surface is not painted as adding paint to such a surface can scratch and cause peeling, which reduces the appeal of the unit. The polymeric tubing used does not mark readily and has a smooth and shiny finish, thus making it easy to clean.

Two rubber shock absorbers are used to help cushion the impact, which will greatly reduce any chance of the tube splitting. The Coffee Waste Unit is supplied with a long-lasting compository P.V.C. rod, which works with the shock absorbers to ensure that your coffee machine group handles remain intact and are not damaged. As a feature of the Coffee Waste Units, Coffee Carts of Melbourne is also able to apply a company logo or name to the unit.

Benefits

  • Always look new and there is no paint to scratch off (paint will not hold to PVC Plastic very well).

  • Shaped at the top to save injury to hands

  • Special rubber tips made to customised specification (harder compound than normal). This slows wearing and prevents the tubing from splitting.

  • Can be supplied with short rods with the rubber tips working as shock absorbers or with longer rods with rubber tips as locking device.

  • No need for internal bags as tube is straight sided and not flared out at the bottom.

  • Simple cleaning by turning upside, used coffee will slide out with one knock and the unit is then simply rinsed.

  • Available in three sizes. Most popular is the 800mm and the 300mm. Smaller tubes are supplied with rubber feet to reduce noise and counter damage.
